CANCELLATION POLICY
We recognize that unexpected events occur, but we kindly request that you reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. For cancellations or rescheduling within a 24-hour period, a 50% charge will be applied to the card on file. If you fail to notify us in advance and miss your appointment, the full service fee will be charged to the card on file. Additionally, In the event that this becomes a recurring issue, where you frequently reschedule or miss appointments, your stylist reserves the right to decline providing future services.
