DEPOSIT
We prioritize the efficient utilization of our stylists' time and expertise. To ensure a seamless experience for both our clients and our team, we require a deposit for all bookings. This deposit serves to secure your appointment slot and protect your stylists' availability.
A non-refundable deposit of $50 is mandatory to confirm your appointment. Deposits must be submitted at the time of booking to secure preferred time slot. Failure to make the deposit within 24 hours will result in your appointment not being secured. Rest assured that all deposits are fully transferrable to services or can be transferred once if needed.

CANCELLATION POLICY
We recognize that unexpected events occur, but we kindly request that you reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. For cancellations or rescheduling within a 24-hour period, a 50% charge will be applied to the card on file. If you fail to notify us in advance and miss your appointment, the full service fee will be charged to the card on file. If you’d like to reschedule for a new appointment, a fresh deposit will be required to secure your booking. Additionally, if you cancel more than twice, another deposit will need to be made. In the event that this becomes a recurring issue, where you frequently reschedule or miss appointments, your stylist reserves the right to decline providing future services.
